Within 15 Days of Purchase:
- You can exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value.
- The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and certificates.
Lifetime Exchange Value:
- We offer 80% value of the invoice amount on lab-grown diamonds and 100% value of the gold component as per the prevailing rate at the time of exchange.
- Applicable only on products with original invoice and certificates.
Exchange Process:

- Post evaluation, the exchange value can be adjusted against your new purchase.
